East Point People Directories by Role and Era
The most useful East Point people directories fall into four groups: current public contacts, state and academic staff, official records that function like name lists, and historical directories held by a library. Their coverage differs, so the best starting point depends on whether the person is tied to an office, company, licensed profession, parcel, or past street address.
| Directory | Who It Lists | Keeper | Access |
|---|---|---|---|
| East Point Contact Directory | Named city leaders and public-facing offices | City of East Point | Free May 2026 PDF |
| Team Georgia | State agencies, divisions and selected employees | Georgia DOAS | Free live and print views |
| GSU unit directories | Faculty and staff by academic unit | Georgia State University | Free, decentralized web pages |
| Fulton assessment roll | Assessed property owners | Fulton Board of Assessors | Free owner, address and parcel search |
| Georgia eCorp and license verification | Entity roles and board-regulated licensees | Georgia Secretary of State | Free public searches |
| City and Haines directories | Past residents, businesses and address occupants | Fulton Library Special Collections | Walk-in volumes |
Start with a city or state staff directory for a public work role. Use the assessor for an owner of record, eCorp for a disclosed entity connection, professional verification for a credential, and Special Collections for a past resident or address. No verified central East Point resident, school-system person, alumni, congregation, union, or chamber roster was found, so those gaps should not be filled with generic claims.
East Point's 2022, 2024 and 2026 Directory Snapshots
East Point does not publish a live staff database. Instead, three official PDFs form a small time series: a broad city directory revised in June 2022, a Planning and Community Development contact list dated January 2024, and the current major-departments directory from May 2026. Each directory is a snapshot, not proof that a person stayed in the same role between editions.
| June 2022 | City units with named staff, title and direct phone |
|---|---|
| January 2024 | Planning, permits, inspections and business-license contacts by division |
| May 2026 | Major city departments, named leaders, roles, email and phone |
Use the newest PDF for current contact work and the older editions only as dated evidence. A former official found in a prior directory should be checked against the current department page before contact.
What East Point Government Directories Show
The May 2026 East Point directory is a PDF organized around offices and major departments. Its effective fields are department or office, name and title, role, email, and work phone. A PDF viewer's text-find function is the only search control. The sample below reflects the research capture and shows the level of detail, not a private profile.
| Name | Keshia McCullough |
|---|---|
| Office | City Clerk's Office |
| Title | City Clerk |
| Role | Chief Record Keeper |
| cityclerkstaff@eastpointcity.org | |
| Work phone | 404-902-2343 |
The city directory does not display home addresses, personal phone numbers, dates of birth, internal IDs, pay, or service dates. If a name is absent, begin with the department's main line, then the City Clerk. For an existing retained staff directory or other non-indexed file, the municipal fallback is the East Point JustFOIA portal, not a guess about private contact data.
Search Georgia Staff Directories from East Point
Team Georgia organizes state personnel by agency and subdivision. Its print interface supports agency selection, Expand All, letter or booklet format, Print Visible, and Print Directory. Entries can show employee name, title, work email, and phone; agency headers may add website, main phone or fax, street address, and agency head.
| Control | Use in the directory |
|---|---|
| Agency selection | Limits the directory to a state organization |
| Expand All | Opens agency subdivisions and visible entries |
| Print format | Chooses letter-size or booklet output |
| Print Visible | Prints the currently expanded directory view |
The official Georgia organizations directory shown here is another way to identify the right state agency before looking for a person.
These state directories locate personnel who may serve East Point, but they are not lists of East Point residents.
Academic People Directories Near East Point
Georgia State University publishes faculty and staff profiles through decentralized unit directories. The CETLOE directory, for example, offers an optional text search, a department selector, and A-to-Z or All last-name filters. An entry may show name, title, department, work email, and an image. The university serves the metro area, but the reviewed source did not establish a specific East Point campus scope.
No stable official Fulton County Schools systemwide person-search portal was verified. School contacts appear on decentralized pages, and Fulton County government pages are primarily department-first. For those directories, identify the school or department first and use its main channel instead of assuming that a central name search exists.
Note: A missing name in a decentralized academic directory may reflect page structure or an update lag, not absence from the institution.
East Point Property Rolls as Owner Directories
The Fulton assessor property search works as an owner directory for East Point parcels. Search modes include owner name, location or address, parcel or account, and map navigation. A parcel card can show assessed owner, tax mailing address, situs, parcel ID, legal description, values, exemptions, sales history, building details, and map links.
Owner is not always occupant
The assessment roll identifies the assessed owner. A tax mailing address may belong elsewhere, and neither field alone proves who currently lives at the property.
For a past title holder, carry the parcel or legal description into the GSCCCA deed index. For an occupant who never held title, a reverse directory at the library is the stronger source. This keeps assessed owner, deed grantee, and address occupant from being merged into one identity.
Business and License Directories for East Point Names
The Georgia eCorp Business Search accepts a business name with Starts With, Contains, or Exact Match controls. It also provides fields for control number, registered agent name, officer name, and designated agent name. A result establishes a disclosed entity role. It does not automatically establish ownership.
The Georgia professional-license search uses profession and license-type selections plus license number, first or middle name, and last name. Its official guidance says less is more and allows an asterisk after partial data. The State Bar of Georgia member directory is a separate profession-specific route.
East Point business licensing has no verified public licensee register. The city publishes bl@eastpointcity.org for the licensing office, while a current existing register can be sought through the City Clerk. The public-records request process is explained separately on the East Point public records page.
Historical East Point Directories at Fulton Library
Central Library Special Collections holds the strongest verified historical people directories for East Point research. Bound Atlanta City and Suburban Directories span 1859-60 through 1991, when publication ceased. Haines reverse or criss-cross volumes cover 1946 through 2016-17. The combined collection supports Atlanta, Fulton County, metropolitan addresses, and street-name changes.
| Collection | Coverage | Direction | Access |
|---|---|---|---|
| City and suburban directories | 1859-60 through 1991 | Name or business to address | Walk-in Special Collections |
| Haines criss-cross directories | 1946 through 2016-17 | Address to occupant or business | Walk-in Special Collections |
The Fulton Library research gateway shown here introduces the broader collection and database access surrounding an East Point directory search.
The verified city-directory volumes themselves are walk-in resources, so the image is a gateway rather than proof of full-text online coverage.
Reverse an Old East Point Address with Haines Directories
A name-arranged city directory moves from person or business to address. A Haines directory reverses that path, beginning with a street address and identifying the listed occupant or business for a dated volume. This is especially useful when family papers, a deed, or a photograph supplies an address but no reliable name.
Preserve the spelling, directional, suffix, and unit used in the relevant year. Special Collections' street-name-change information can help when an older East Point address fails in a modern map. Verify the locality printed beside the entry because metropolitan coverage crosses municipal boundaries.
Fulton County was created from DeKalb County on December 20, 1853. Records tied to the East Point area before that date may require DeKalb predecessor books. The reviewed research did not verify an East Point-only obituary, telephone-book, yearbook, cemetery, or funeral-home index with exact years, so the Special Collections reference desk is the honest fallback.
Note: A directory entry documents a dated listing, not uninterrupted residence or legal ownership before and after that publication year.
